From adapting schools through our #smileengineering programs to creating the Resurgent communities that nurtured communities during crisis, we have been working towards creating the much-needed impact using technology for the greater good.
QuEST has been actively involved in numerous social and educational initiatives that work towards skill development and facilitation of quality education to all. Our initiatives are designed keeping in mind both the long- and short-term impact of social innovation.
We work on bringing about the change through education in a holistic and systematic manner.
#SmileEngineering
One of the key initiatives undertaken by QuEST as a part of its CSR initiatives is to support meritorious students for higher education through annual scholarships. Over the years, we embraced and supported several schools in Bengaluru, Belgavi, Bhubaneswar, Hyderabad, Pune, and Trivandrum through scholarships and infrastructure development.
Since 2013, we have been able to support 30+ schools across the seven Indian cities we operate in, impacting more than 3,500 children so far.
Making “Leave No Child Behind” a reality
QuEST CSR team in collaboration with Samriddhi Trust is sponsoring the bridge program for children from the underprivileged migrant communities to ensure that every child has the access to education, nutrition, health and hygiene, despite their social situation and to enable them to join the mainstream education according to their age group. Bridge program facilitates a classroom-oriented teaching through cluster education.
QuEST CSR sponsors children’s education and mid-day meals, and facilitates door to door meetings by Samriddhi staff.
Youth Empowerment and Talent Development are few areas in which we have been very active. We impart training for technology skill development to provide employment opportunities.
Empowering youth
Understanding that there is a growing need for providing basic skills to the underprivileged, to create opportunities for their livelihood and thereby benefit the entire community, QuEST along with NASSCOM Foundation initiated the Resurgent Communities program for sustainable development of communities. The program offers digital, and entrepreneurship skills training to the youth and helps provide job opportunities.
At QuEST Global, we encourage employees to be truly participative, take on significant challenges and roles in the areas where their skills can be utilized and become responsible citizens by contributing towards society.
Restoring Livelihood
The Resurgent Communities initiative is also committed towards raising and reforming the COVID affected underprivileged communities. In the first part of the three-phase initiative our teams distributed ration kits to 400+ households to usher in normalcy in their daily lives.
Standing by the brave Frontline warriors in the fight against COVID - QuEST Global provided COVID-19 support kits to more than 1,000 Police Officers across 12 police stations in the city.

It has come to our attention that scammers have tried to mislead people by fictitiously claiming to be employees of Quest Global or posing as authorized recruitment partners. These entities are misguiding job-seekers by promising well-placed roles with our company and asking candidates to pay for a certification course with a promise of reimbursement once they have joined.
