Hi! I am Paul White, and this is my ‘Engineers of Quest Global’ story.

From an early age, my parents noticed I tended to tinker with various things around the house. I would take things apart, look at them, figure out how they worked, re-assemble them, and put them back on the shelf without anybody knowing…most of the time. Fascinated by my interest in taking things apart, my parents bought me LEGO, K’Nex, and, best of all, an Erector Set. I was also given the responsibility for fixing up our home projects, which I took on gladly. Going through elementary school, my passion to tinker now had a name – engineering! 🧰

Most of my days were spent in my school, where my grandmother was a staff member. She helped me access all the upper-year teachers who would help me with homework and solving complex problems. As I continued to solve harder problems, my passion gradually shifted to tinkering with tools.

I completed my bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and joined Quest Global in 2010, fresh out of college as a project engineer. I’ve been an engineer at Quest Global for 12+ years, and I have worked with various engineering data-driven disciplines (Project, Industrial, Supply Chain, and Quality). Working in the Aerospace vertical, I am thankful and proud to build

engines and structures that help people travel safer and comfortably.

I am incredibly thankful to my managers and mentors for constantly pushing me to learn. With their support, I completed my master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2016. I grew my skills in Engineering Concepts, Data Analytics, Computer Programming, Project Management, and Business Acumen. I’ve come a long way from tinkering with toys to tools, but there’s so much more to learn and do to as we keep solving the hardest engineering problems.
