PROVIDE VARIABLE SKILLS IN SYSTEMS / SOFTWARE ENGINEERING, NETWORKING AND SECURITY

The customer was looking for a partner:

To provide the development, integration, test and operational support for the implementation of a modern ground segment that enables the client’s Space Network (SN) including the Tracking and Data Relay Satellites (TDRSs). Work was for Space Network Ground Segment Sustainment (SGSS) and Space Exploration Network Services and Evolution (SENSE) program. This program changed contractors after five years, however we remained the leading subcontractor.

Provided team of 50+ engineers to the program for around 9 years.
Ramped to a team of over 30 engineers in under 5 months, with the expertise to make an immediate impact. Became largest single supplier on program, replacing several incumbents.
Contract sustainment objectives met IAW contract requirements.
Exceptional feedback on the quality of service provided to both contractors over the course of the project.
Supported a phased approach and adapted Engineering positions as requested to support both current and proposed sustainment requests. Provided response and diverse range of Engineers to over 11 Task Orders with continued operations and testing continuing into 2024.
Current sustainment and Integration of the projects are ongoing.

Contributed to the entire life cycle including system requirements, system design, implementation, software development, test procedure development, and test execution.
Installed all ground terminal equipment (hardware and software), from networking devices to application server environments, in addition to performing test and providing support / training to operators.
Performed software development and delivery in iterative release cycle using Agile methodologies.
Much of the work was performed on site at a NASA facility in White Sands, NM and required secret level clearances for full team.
